"Turned up when he said he would, kept the flat spotless and the finish on the woodwork is better than when it was new."
Clean lines, proper finishes.
Painting, decorating and cleaning for homes and businesses across London. Run by Byron Roca, with a satisfaction guarantee on every job.
Free written quotes. London wide.
What we do
Most of our work is homes: a room, a hallway, the outside of the house. We also look after flats between tenants and small commercial spaces.
Interior painting and decorating
Walls, ceilings, woodwork, radiators and doors. Everything filled, sanded and primed first, then two coats as standard.
- Single rooms or whole properties
- Flats turned around between tenants
- Hallways, stairs and landings
- Kitchen cabinets and internal doors
Exterior painting
Front doors, windows, railings, render and masonry, with paints chosen for the weather.
Wallpapering
Feature walls and full rooms. Hung straight, pattern matched, no bubbles.
Cleaning and maintenance
End of tenancy, post decorating and regular cleans, plus the small repairs that keep a property looking right.
Colour and finish advice
Not sure what will work? We'll talk through colours and sheens on your walls before you buy a tin.
How we work
- One person, start to finishYou deal with Byron from the first call to the final walk round, not a call centre or a different crew every day.
- Protected and tidyFloors and furniture covered, dust sheets down, and the room cleaned and hoovered at the end of every day.
- Written quotesA fixed price in writing before we start, and no surprises after. If something changes on site, we talk first.
If you're not happy with a finish, tell us and we'll put it right. That's the guarantee.
Satisfaction guarantee on every job.

Common questions
How do quotes work?
Call, WhatsApp or use the form. For most jobs we'll visit to measure up and send a written price, usually within 48 hours. It's free and there's no obligation.
Do you supply the paint?
Either. We can supply paint at trade prices or work with what you've already bought.
How long does a room take?
A standard bedroom or living room with walls, ceiling and woodwork is usually two to three days including preparation. You'll get a timescale with the quote.
Do you move furniture?
Yes. Large items are moved to the middle of the room and covered. Anything fragile or valuable is best moved by you before we arrive.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer on completion for smaller jobs. Larger jobs are split into stages agreed in writing before we start.
Are you insured?
Public liability insurance is in place. Ask and we'll send the certificate.

About Nazca Lines
Nazca Lines Services is run by Byron Roca, a painter and decorator based in London.
Byron has been decorating London homes for a number of years, and the cleaning side grew out of leaving every job properly finished rather than just painted.
The name comes from the Nazca Lines in southern Peru: enormous figures, some hundreds of metres long, drawn as single continuous lines and still crisp after two thousand years. It's a reminder of what patience and a steady hand can produce, and it's the standard we hold ourselves to on every wall.
The Deluxe standard
Our card says Deluxe Services. In practice it means:
- Full preparation before any colour goes on
- Quality paints, and two coats as a minimum
- Edges cut in by hand
- Property protected and cleaned every day
- A written quote and a fixed price
- A walk round together before we call it finished
Who we work with
Homeowners refreshing a room or the whole house. Landlords and letting agents who need a property turned around between tenants. Small businesses that want the place looking right without closing for a week.

Terms & conditions
Written plainly, so you know how we quote, book and pay. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Who we are
Nazca Lines Services is a painting, decorating and cleaning business run by Byron Roca, working across London. You can reach us on 07477 368815, on WhatsApp, or by email at rocajim65@yahoo.com.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Nazca Lines Services, and "you" means the customer named on the quote or invoice. If anything here isn't clear, ask us before you book.
Quotes
Every quote is free and given in writing, usually within 48 hours of a visit or a set of photos. A quote is a fixed price for the work described in it. Where the scope isn't fixed — work that depends on what we find behind a lining or under old paper, for example — we'll say so and give you an estimate instead.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. We book you in once you accept the quote in writing; an email, a WhatsApp message or a signed copy all count.
What the price assumes
Our prices assume the rooms are clear of furniture and valuables, that we have access to water and power, and that the surfaces are sound and ready to decorate. If we find something materially different — blown plaster, damp, woodwork that needs stripping back, or suspect asbestos or lead paint — we stop, explain what we've found, and quote for the extra work before carrying on.
Bookings, changes and postponements
When you accept a quote we agree a start date and a rough duration. If you need to move the date, please give us as much notice as you can — at least 48 hours where possible — so the week can be re-planned. If we're turned away on the day, we may have to charge for the time lost, and we'll always discuss that with you first.
If you'd like extra work once we've started — another room, a different finish, a colour change — we'll agree the change, the price and any effect on timing in writing before we make it.
If something stops us finishing — illness, weather, or materials — we'll tell you as soon as we can, re-book at the first sensible opportunity, and refund anything you've paid for work we haven't done.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer. Smaller jobs are paid on completion. Larger jobs are split into stages, agreed in writing before we start, with each stage payable when that stage is finished. Materials and paint we supply are included in the price we quote unless the quote says otherwise.
Our guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship. If you're not happy with a finish, tell us and we'll come back and put it right — that's the guarantee. It covers our work and the materials we supply. It doesn't cover damage caused by other trades, movement or settling in the building, damp coming through from outside, or ordinary wear.
Insurance and liability
We hold public liability insurance and will send the certificate on request. Floors and furniture are covered, dust sheets go down, and the room is cleaned and hoovered at the end of each day.
We're not liable for pre-existing faults, or for damage to items that were left in the work area, weren't protected, or weren't pointed out to us. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price of the work that caused it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
If something goes wrong
Tell us as soon as you notice a problem, and within seven days of us finishing, so we can look at it while it's fresh. We'll come and inspect it and agree how to put it right. If we can't agree a solution between us, you can use the normal consumer complaint routes.
Photos of our work
We sometimes photograph finished work for our own records and for the "Our work" page on this site. We never show your address or any personal detail. Tell us you'd rather we didn't photograph your home and we won't.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, dated at the top, is the one that applies to your booking.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute can be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
Privacy policy
What we do with your details, in plain English. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Who we are
Nazca Lines Services is run by Byron Roca. We're the data controller for the information described on this page, which means we're responsible for looking after it. You can contact us on 07477 368815, on WhatsApp, or at rocajim65@yahoo.com.
What we collect
Only what we need to quote for and carry out the work: your name, phone number, email address if you give us one, the area or postcode, and whatever you tell us about the job — what needs doing, dates, access, and any photos you send. We get this when you give it to us, by phone or text, WhatsApp, email, or the quote form on this site.
We don't collect anything else, and we don't buy or scrape contact details from anywhere.
The quote form on this site
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-handling service: it takes what you type and emails it straight to us. Nothing you enter is stored on the website itself, and the submission ends up in our inbox with the rest of our post. FormSubmit also runs a spam and robot check on submissions, which may ask you to confirm you're a human.
If you'd rather not use the form, a call, a WhatsApp message or an email reaches us just the same — the number and address are on every page.
What we use it for
To give you a quote, to arrange and carry out the work, to take payment, and to keep the records we're required to keep. The bases we rely on are: doing what you've asked us to do under our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and keeping proper records, and our legal obligations for tax and accounting.
We don't send marketing, and we won't pass your details to anyone for advertising.
Who else sees it
- Byron and his team, who only see what they need for the job.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes quote requests from this website's form to our email.
- Our web developer, who runs the visit counter described above and can see the anonymous statistics it produces.
- Our accountant, for invoicing and tax records.
- The services we use to run the business: our phone and messaging providers, our email provider (Yahoo), and our website host (ComboNix), which keeps standard server logs.
- Anyone we're legally required to share it with, such as HMRC.
We never sell your information.
Cookies and visitor statistics
This website doesn't use cookies. It counts visits with a small first-party counter of our own — no Google Analytics, no advertising networks, and nothing about your visit is shared with anyone else. To avoid counting the same visitor twice the counter keeps one random reference in your browser's local storage; it says nothing about who you are, and clearing your browser data removes it. No IP address is stored: only a scrambled code that changes every day, so visits can't be traced back to a person. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded at all.
Our host also keeps standard server access logs, including IP addresses, and produces anonymous visitor statistics (AWStats) — we use those to see how many people visit and which pages they read, not to identify or profile anyone.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the IP address of anyone loading the page. If you'd rather that didn't happen, tell us and we'll host the fonts ourselves.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become jobs: about twelve months, then deleted. Jobs, invoices and payment records: six years, because that's how long tax rules require. Photos of finished work are kept without your address attached.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to the way we're using it. We'll respond within a month, and usually much sooner. If you're not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113 — though we'd rather hear from you first.
Changes to this policy
If anything about how we handle your information changes, we'll update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
